our recent stay at a Lisbon gem exceeded expectations. incredible location, welcoming staff, comfortable room with natural light. complimentary coffee and cakes were a nice touch.

Noisy street-facing room, didn't sleep well.

Perfect location. There are a lot of restaurants down stairs, so we can found the hotel easily by asking waiters in any restaurant. Room is very clean and big, the bath room is amazingly large.

Bit noisy in some rooms. The staff can't speak English so body language is highly needed.

The rooms to the street can be noisy at night, we had to close the windows to be able to sleep even with earplugs. After changing to a room to the backyard everything was perfect.

loved our stay at pensao flor da baixa! the apartment was comfortable and the staff at reception were incredibly friendly. great location near the city center and tram stop. overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded our expectations. we will definitely be back and recommend it to others.

Very good location with walking distance from the center. Can easily get access to the public transportation, such as metro (two lines) and buses (aero bus as well) and trams as well as the Rossio train station.

The staff would barely speak English though they are all quite friendly. The bed for double room is extremely small, actually they use the same size for their twin room. It could be very noisy at night (late till small hours) as the famous street packed with all the touristy restaurants is just down your window.

Often there was not anybody at the reception, and we had to wait several minutes to enter to the hotel because they do not provide the key of the main door.

Centrally located. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Nespresso machine available. Good value compared to nearby Airbnbs. Easily accessible with key card.

The place was surprisingly well located, clean and comfortable, although a little noisy in the nights in the rooms towards the main street. For the price it was the pensao was excellent. No complaints at all.

Excellent location just minutes away from the metro and train station. The hotel is situated on a bustling "food street" with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff, while not fluent in English, are friendly and willing to assist. I had a safe and enjoyable stay.

the hotel is on a streets with many restaurants, and if you do not like the noise during the evening, it could be quite uncomfortable...
